Welcome.
As a mental health nurse, mediator, stress management practitioner, and wellbeing service lead, I’ve spent more than a decade supporting people through their most vulnerable moments including: stress, crisis, conflict, and overwhelm.
I know the theory.
I know the strategies.
I know how the brain and body respond to pressure.
But even knowing it professionally didn’t stop it from happening to me.
Because the truth is this…
You can understand burnout better than most and still not see it coming yourself.
And I didn’t, until I was in it so deep I couldn’t tell where I ended and survival began.
I became the person you might be right now…

I remember driving home and sitting in the car mentally preparing for the chaos waiting inside, feeling so guilty that the people I loved most were getting the worst of me.
Burnout robbed me of my patience, joy, energy, and confidence.
And even with all my training…..I still felt lost.

That was my turning point.
Not the collapse, but the moment I stopped pretending I was fine.
And then? I began rebuilding, using everything I already knew… and everything I needed to learn.
I took the skills I’d spent years developing in:

I trained to become a qualified coach, not because it looked good on paper, but because I knew people need more than just...
